• Strictly prohibit posting and distributing any links containing “Trojan Horse”. Once you are reported by any others for posting or distributing such links, your account will be shut down and you will be debarred from the Site. Meanwhile, your certified email box will also be included into the blacklist. The Administer will retain your basic information and work with the telecommunication police to deal with the case whenever necessary, or report the case directly.
• Strictly prohibit posting and distributing the links of “illegal contents” (free movie downloading and adult sex website, etc.). The contents of such websites are suspected of breaking laws. Meanwhile, the relevant evidence shows that some behavior might involve collection of personal privacy information. Once you are reported by any others for posting or distributing such links, your account will be shut down and you will be debarred from the Site. Meanwhile, your certified email box will also be included into the blacklist. The behavior will be decided by the iPair Administrator to its sole discretion. Any entrant is prohibited from engaging in the activities infringing or affecting another person’s interest and right.
• The same user shall not harass or affect the other users with multiple identities and accounts, or engage in any activities affecting the environment and fairness of the Site severely under disguise of different identities and accounts. Once the user is reported and proven to engage in such activities, all of his accounts will be debarred and his mail box will be locked.
• Please do not engage in any monetary transactions with any other user. If you suffer any loss therefor, please bear it on your own.
• The advertisement or direct distributor in any form is undesired at the Site. Any users shall not utilize any nickname and self-introduction, diary or message to engage in any advertising activities for the purpose of commerce or exchange of money, e.g.:

  In the event of said circumstances, the iPair Administrator shall be entitled to debar your access. The advertisements and commercial purposes shall be judged by the iPair Administrator to its sole direction ultimately.
• Terms and conditions of iPair nickname:
  Each registered user may give a nickname for his/her personal file, provided that the nickname given by you shall comply with the following rules and the general courtesy requirements. If the Site finds any inadequate nickname, it will replace or remove the nickname and suspend your account. Particularly, you may not use:
  (1).Any nickname which will mislead others and, particularly, combine with such official names as “iPartment”, “i-Part”, “i-Pair”, “iPair”, “iPair” or “Sunfun Info Co., Ltd.” or any other disputable names;
  (2).Any nickname which combines any“humiliating” wording or displeased, defaming, filthy, hatred, racial, national or other disputable name;
  (3).Name involving personal attack directly or indirectly;
  (4).Trademark, “iPartment”, “i-Part”, “i-Pair”, “iPair”, or any names registered by other companies as trademarks;
  (5).Any contents identified as rumor.
  (6).Any nickname are displayed including the contact way, the content with the commercial or unsuitable message , or others against the User Terms and Conditions.
  Meanwhile, you cannot evade said restrictions technically by means of misspelling or reformed spelling; otherwise, you will be held against said restrictions. The nicknames will be judged by the iPair Administrator vigorously. Please do not use any nickname which will mislead others.
• Examination criteria on self-introduction:
  (1).Contact information left by self-introduction: Please do not leave your ID No., address, telephone number, MSN, and personal blog on Wretch including your personal privacy information.
  (2).Commercialization of self-introduction: Never post any advertisements for the purpose of commerce or promotion (including solicitation for members) or sell products via self-introduction directly.
  (3).Inadequate contents: Including offensive or false statement, or the statement against good moral, involving personal attack or defamation, or restricted statement, and any other contents judged by the Administrator inadequate.
  (4).Others: Any other contents against the User Terms and Conditions.
  (5).The default self-introduction will be displayed at first, if the self-introduction is under examination or rejected upon examination.
  You cannot evade said restrictions technically by means of misspelling or reformed spelling; otherwise, you will be held against said restrictions. The self-introduction will be judged by the iPair Administrator vigorously. Please do not use any self-introduction which will mislead others.
• When you take part in any event organized by the iPair, you shall not affect the other entrants in any other manners. If you materially affect the Site’s quality or fairness of the entire event, you will be debarred from the event once you are complained and proven to commit such behavior indeed. The behavior will be decided by the iPair Administrator to its sole discretion. Any entrant is prohibited from engaging in the activities misleading others.
• If your iPair login name is against the iPair User Terms and Conditions and thereby your account is shut down and debarred by the Administrator, you will be debarred from logging into any other products under cooperation with other companies via the login name, and no damages derived therefrom shall be borne by iPair.
• If an iPair member provides any false or groundless information, or if iPair has reasonable cause to suspect that the relevant account information (including CV information) is wrong, false, suspicious, or in breach of membership guidelines or terms of service, or if any account information, user behavior, words or actions are inconsistent with the principle of a "premium, healthy dating environment", iPair reserves the right to modify the member's nickname, autobiography, image photos, archives and other details, or to suspend or permanently terminate the member's account, or to suspend or terminate all or parts of the services provided by iPair. In the event of the above, iPair has the discretion to require the iPair member to produce relevant certified national documents to settle any concern posed by the user of the account.

• The value-added services used by the relevant account will still be billed when the account is shut down or the access is restricted, and no damages derived therefrom will be borne by iPair. For the value-added services which have not been used, you may apply for payment refund, less the overhead 20%, on a pro rata basis based on the percentage of the residual term in the original service term. Whether the value-added services are used shall be determined subject to the minimum service cycle.
• For the credit points rewarded to the account after purchase, the user may choose to apply for payment refund, less than the overhead 20%. Meanwhile, if your misconduct causes injury to iPair’s goodwill or any other loss, iPair will reserve the right to pursue your legal liability and claim damages against you.

If said multiple misconducts are held sustained in the meantime, the punishment rendered therefor shall be increased. If the accused reaches settlement with the complainant before execution of the standard operating procedure, the complainant shall apply for revocation of the complaint, and no punishment will be executed. Any matters not provided herein may be adjusted by the iPair subject to the circumstances.
